Free Shipping – Orders Over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Packaging: Original packaging must be intact (especially important for diving equipment)
- Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened personal aquatic accessories (nose clips, ear plugs)
- Custom-ordered diving equipment
- Used aqua therapy products
- Baby swimming items with broken hygiene seals
