Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including any protective cases for diving equipment)
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened personal aquatic accessories (such as nose clips or ear plugs)
- Custom-ordered diving equipment
- Used aqua therapy products
- Baby swimming items where hygiene seals have been broken

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
